The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quirino Provincial Office, through the Negosyo Center in Diffun and in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD) conducted entrepreneurial seminars on February 27-28, 2017 in Diffun, Quirino.

Theseminars conducted were on Food Safety and 5S of Good Housekeeping and Customer Relations Management which was participated in by 4Ps beneficiaries in Diffun. It aims to capacitate the beneficiaries with additional tools to help them improve and sustain their business enterprise on food service (catering) to become more competitive. 

DTI RO2 SMERA Counselor, Mr. Godfrey Bariuan served as the resource person for the seminars. 

Meanwhile, Diffun Negosyo Center Coordinator, Ms. Karen Grace I. Garcia discussed the different Negosyo Center services which include Business Registration, Business Advisory, Business Information and Advocacy, Product Development, Trade Promotion, Financing Facilitation, Investment Promotion and other consultancy and technical services to facilitate the growth of MSMEs.

DTI, through the Negosyo Centers, provides various services to MSMEs to promote the ease of doing business and spur economic growth in the countryside.
