Tuguegarao City is the main entry to the Province of Cagayan. It has a total area of 144.8 sq. km and lies at north eastern part of the Philippines. It is approximately 483 kilometers north of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, and about 45 minute travel by air.

 

Tuguegarao City is the capital of the Cagayan Valley Region. Founded on May 9, 1604, the 400-year-old center is the hub of socio-economic development in the region and the oldest major trade, education and government center in the North East Philippines.
